We created Happy Thoughts to share our love of fun, affordable personalized gifts. We started making these items for our friends and decided it would be a fun business! We hope you enjoy sharing "Happy Thoughts" with your friends.
About our Products
Our customized items are created using high-quality ribbons and fabrics with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ribbons, trims and fabrics are subject to availability. Slight variations in fabric, ribbons and trims are possible. See the links above for pictures of ribbons, trims, monogram styles and thread colors. If there's something you want but don't see on our site, please email us-- custom orders are available!
Order Details
Monogramming Details
Please review samples displayed and font chart to select your monogramming. Some items can only be monogrammed with certain fonts. If you do not specify a monogram style, we will substitute the most popular style.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Online payments are processed through a secure server using authorize.net payment gateway. All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due upon receipt of order. Orders will not be processed without payment. We also accept personal checks--please email for details.

Order and Shipping Information
Please allow 2 weeks for shipment of your order (possibly longer during peak times). If you need a rush order, please email us prior to placing the order. Rush charges may apply. Orders begin the production process as soon as they are received. Personalized items are not returnable. If you have any questions about an item, please email us prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for monogramming ordered in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part. If an item is done incorrectly because of an error on our part, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order. We will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible upon return shipment (at our expense) of the incorrect items.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending upon your shipping choice and location. Shipping rates are as follows:
