Monogramming Details
Please review samples displayed and font charts to select your monogramming. Some items can only be monogrammed with certain fonts. Enter your information in the CASE (upper/lower/combination) in which you want the monogram to appear. If you do not specify a monogram style, we will substitute the most popular style. For a traditional monogram, the initials are place in order of First Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle (or Maiden) Name Initial. For example, the traditional monogram for Sarah Elizabeth Jones or Sarah Edwards Jones would be:
Another option is a couples monogram. The couples monogram has the female's name on the left, family name in the center, and male's name on the right. For example, the couples monogram for Sarah and David Jones would be:
In some instances, you may prefer a block monogram where all three initials are the same size. In this situation, you would put the initials in first, middle, last order. The monogram for Sarah Elizabeth Jones in this style would be:
If you want a block monogram, choose text as your option and enter the three letters in uppercase. There are other options available for different situations, such as double first or last names. Please contact us if you have questions about the best way to do your monogram.
Payment
We accept payment through secure Paypal servers or via check or cash. Payment is due when orders are placed. Since our items are custom, orders will not be processed until payment is received. All orders are processed in U.S. dollars.
Order and Shipping Information
Please allow two weeks for shipment of your order (possibly longer during peak times). If you need a rush order or request your order by a particular time less than this timeframe, please email us prior to placing the order. Rush charges may apply. Orders begin the production process as soon as they are received. Personalized items are not returnable. We are not responsible for monogramming order in the wrong order, unless it is an error on our part. If an item is done incorrectly because of an error on our part, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order. We will gladly send a replacement as quickly as possible upon return shipment (at our expense) of the incorrect items.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending upon your items and locations. Shipping rates are based on on order total as follows:
$0.00 - $10.00 = $2.00
$10.01 - $20.00 = $5.00
$20.01 - $50.00 = $7.00
$50.01 - $150.00 = $10.00

We currently only ship to the United States.
